MCC Workshop Partner Privacy Notice
Version: MCC-WP-PRIVACY-2026-10-V2
Effective: October 2026
1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how Meister Carbon Cleaners (Pty) Ltd ("MCC") processes information connected with Workshop Partner applications, Operator Portal accounts, branches, bookings, payments, referrals and programme administration.
2. Business and representative information
MCC may process the Workshop Partner's legal/trading details, registration and VAT information, workshop addresses, service capabilities, logo, contact details, authorised representative information, account security records, agreement acceptance records and programme activity.
3. Customer and vehicle information supplied by a Workshop Partner
When a Workshop Partner submits a booking or works on an MCC referral, MCC may receive customer names, contact details, vehicle identification and service information.
The Workshop Partner must only provide information it is lawfully entitled to provide for the relevant booking or referral.
MCC records that the information was supplied by the Workshop Partner; it does not automatically record this as direct consent from the customer.
4. Why MCC processes the information
Purposes include:
- assessing applications;
- verifying workshops and routes;

5. Marketing
Partner marketing updates are optional.
A Workshop Partner may opt out through its account settings or by contacting MCC.
Operational messages needed to administer the programme are not marketing and may still be sent while the account remains active.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers and systems reasonably required to run MCC's website, CRM, payment, email, mapping and booking services, subject to appropriate access controls and contractual arrangements.
Information relevant to a referral may also be processed where reasonably necessary to administer an authorised warranty, insurance, maintenance-plan or other third-party funded repair.
Customer information is not sold to advertisers.
7. Security and access
MCC uses account authentication, role restrictions, OTP controls, audit records and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
Workshop Partners must protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
8. Retention
MCC retains application, agreement, transaction, referral and service records for as long as reasonably required for programme administration, accounting, disputes, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Agreement acceptance history is retained even where a later agreement or privacy version replaces an earlier version.
9. Corrections and enquiries
Workshop Partners may request correction of inaccurate information or raise privacy enquiries with MCC.
Legal-entity changes may require verification and renewed agreement acceptance rather than a simple self-service profile edit.
